Job Summary: 

For WSE Italy - which manages company-owned centers and provides services and support to sub-franchisees for a total of about 70 centers.  

The IT Support specialist will be responsible for the Help Desk to the company users, managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and assets, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a good background in Microsoft technologies, Apple devices, networking, virtualization (VMware), and Office 365. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. 
  • IT Infrastructure support: Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices. 
  • Microsoft Technologies: Administer and support Windows Clients and Server environments, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies. 
  • Virtualization (VMware): Manage and maintain virtualized environments using VMware, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation. 
  • Office 365: Administer Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams. 
  • Security: Maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT assets, including antivirus, firewalls, and data encryption. 
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. 
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures. 



  • Education: High School Diploma in Informatic, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, networking and Office 365. 
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Windows Clients and Server administration and Active Directory management. 
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. 
  • Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere and vCenter. 
  • Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments and associated applications. 
  • Nice to have familiarity with security best practices and networking technologies like Cisco Meraki 
  • Nice to have familiarity with IT tools for endpoint management and MDM like ManageEngine Desktop Central
