1) Service Manager Job Description

 Overview

The Service Manager reports to the Centre Director.

As Service Manager you are responsible for students success and satisfaction with their course both in our centers and in companies.

You will manage the day-to-day running of the centre, be responsible for scheduling, management of the service budget, hiring, training and overseeing the didactic staff.

 Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

As a Service Manager at Wall Street English , you satisfy the following characteristics:

  • Native or bilingual speaker of English
  • University degree
  • CELTA or equivalent certificate in TEFL (preferred)
  • Two years of teaching experience (preferred)
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—patient, responsible, and empathetic
  • Inspiring and supportive to staff and Students

2) Teacher Job Description

Overview
As a Teacher, you form part of the Service Team at Wall Street English, being jointly responsible for the educational success of the Students. You contribute to the Students’ learning by preparing and teaching fun, interactive, and dynamic classes. You, along with the other Teachers, guarantee that the Student is successfully acquiring English appropriate to their Unit throughout their course. You are charged with providing Students with motivation and feedback as they progress through their studies.

As a Teacher at Wall Street English, you satisfy the following characteristics:

3) Personal Tutor Job Description

Overview
As Personal Tutor (PT), you form part of the Service Team at Wall Street English, being responsible for the educational success of the Students as they study in the Center. You contribute to the Students’ learning by providing a fun and interactive learning environment. You give feedback and motivation to Students. When needed you may be asked to cover Reception.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
As a Personal Tutor at Wall Street English, you satisfy many of the following characteristics:

  • Minimum Level of English C1/C2
  • University degree or in final year of studies of an English language degree
  • Previous teaching or training experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—patient, responsible, and empathetic
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment
  • Inspiring and supportive to Students
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on Students’ needs
  • Well presented
  • Time spent in an English-speaking country an advantage
  • Valid driving licence and car required
